
Park Farm - Code of the Campsite
A huge part of the pleasure of camping is enjoying the natural environment. It is important that we have as little impact as possible on it and leave everything as we found it. Park Farm prides itself in being a family-friendly site so when you visit you will be asked to sign up the the 'Code of the Campsite'. This is for the benefit of all - Please adhere to it.
Times
-
Arrivals are welcome between the hours of 12 mid-day and 10 pm.

On your day of departure please clear your pitch by 12 mid-day to make room for new arrivals.

Earlier or later arrivals/departure times to be agreed by prior arrangement please.

The campsite gates will close at 11 pm after which time you will be required to leave your car in the visitor's car park overnight.

11 pm is quiet time! All music and noise must be stopped before 11 pm.

Loud or amplified music is not acceptable at any time - please respect other campers.

Shower blocks close at 10.30 pm and re-open at 6 am.
Movement of Vehicles

There is a 5 mph speed limit on site. Please drive slowly at all times.

There should be no movement of vehicles around the site after 11 pm.

Any motorised vehicles other than those used to legitimately transport campers to and from the site will not be permitted.
Children

Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times.

The play area must be vacated by 10 pm and all children under 16 must be back in their camps by this time unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult. Parents will be responsible for ensuring that this rule is adhered to.
Visitors

All visitors must park their vehicles at the site entrance and walk in. Day visitors wishing to stay on site after 6 pm will be expected to pay the full overnight camping fee.
Dogs

Dogs are to be kept on leads at all times while on the site. Please feel free to use the adjoining fields for their exercise.

In the interests of hygiene you are required to clear up after your dog.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or request the removal of, any dogs that we feel are unsuitable visitors to this family site. Dogs listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act are not allowed.
Campfires

We ONLY allow the burning of suitable logs on campfires. Logs are available for sale on site. The cutting or damaging of trees or other property and the burning of pallets and any other miscellaneous objects is not allowed.
Disposal of Rubbish

Please use the recycling facilities located outside the barn at the end of the toilet block.

In order to keep the site clean and preserve this as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - YOU are responsible for placing your waste in the bins provided.

The barn is not available for storing your own personal items. You are responsible for removing any fridges, gas canisters or any other items which cannot be disposed of in the site bins.
Other

Please do not bring any alcoholic drinks, glasses or bottles into the shower and toilet areas, nor the children's play area. we do not consider this to be safe.

We do not allow fireworks or sky lanterns. These pose a risk of fire, scare and have fatally injured animals.

Radio controlled planes or vehicles are not permitted on site.

Anti social behaviour will not be tolerated.
Anyone who does not comply with our Code of the Campsite may be asked to leave the site by the Owners, Resident Wardens or Security. No refund will be made
